Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–14 business days unless otherwise stated.

Because many of our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on the complexity and size of the order.

Shipping Times

• Domestic: 2–4 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (if applicable)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom orders with approved designs

• Minor variations in color or finish (normal with 3D printing)

• Incorrect information provided by the customer
